Udon Dinner for Buka Puasa

With another week to go before Ramadhan ends, we finally had a Japanese dinner for breaking fast just now. Nizam called late afternoon asking me not to cook and that we'll be eating out. We went to this Udon Restaurant nearby our place with Seifhul and family. The Udon (noodles) served was delicious (by Japanese standard). I especially loved the tempura...there were so many of them to choose from...freshly dipped inside the batter and fried right there and then right in front of us! I had ebi (prawn), eggplant and mixed veg tempura. The mixed veg tempura was actually made up from a mixture of green onion, purple potatoe, pumpkin, carrot and spring onion. Love it!!!
