
Ingredients:-
- Ready made popiah skin
- Fresh prawn (cut into tiny pieces)
- 3 cloves garlic
- a little green onion (cut into small cubes)
- cucumber (shredded)
- carrot (shredded)
- radish (shredded)
- beansprout
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- Sautee garlic and green onion together till fragrant, add in prawn and stir fry until the prawn is a bit cooked.
- Add in oyster sauce and the shredded vegetable together. Toss in beansprout. Finally put a dash of salt and pepper to taste.
- Take a scoop of the fried veg and roll them in the ready made popiah skin.
- For the popiah skin glue, I used 2 tbsp of flour and 3 tbsp of water.
- Deep fry in medium hot oil.
- Ready to be served!
